All units have a Queen size bed (Family unit has two plus a single bed), a double sofa bed, en-suite, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, heating, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, toaster, electric kettle, tea/coffee making facilities, cutlery, crockery, colour TV/Foxtel and telephone. Some studio units have single beds as well. There is a guest laundry, BBQ area, and off street car park at rear.
Continental Breakfast is available for $7.00 each with a choice of juice, cereal, bread for toasting, jam, honey, marmalade, vegemite.
Benson Court Motel is just off Coronation Drive and is a 200 metre walk from Toowong Village Shopping Centre and Restaurant Precinct and a few minutes drive from the University of Queensland, St Lucia Campus, Wesley Hospital, and St Lucia & Indooroopilly Golf Clubs.
Public Transport (bus, train, City Cat ferry) is close by with direct access to City Centre.
